Spencer Lake is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. He is currently accepting new patients. He graduated from Frontier Nursing University with his Master of Science in Nursing in 2021. Before becoming a nurse practitioner Spencer earned his nursing degree from Salt Lake Community College in 2015 and spent six years working as a registered nurse, spending most of his time working in the intensive care unit as well as the emergency room and other various units in the hospital. Spencer enjoys everything about family practice, from treating patients of all ages to the diverse medical conditions he gets to see daily.

Spencer has spent most of his life in Utah and he, his wife, and their two children reside in Davis County. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking, and traveling with his family.
