Holly Wortley is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Holly was born and raised in Woods Cross, Utah. Holly currently resides in North Salt Lake. Holly began her medical career as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the operating room. Holly, went on to complete her registered nursing degree through Weber State University and continued to earn a Bachelor's degree. Holly has ten years of working experience as a circulating registered nurse in the operating room at St. Marks Hospital and Moutain West Surgery Center. Holly previously worked for PRA health sciences as a registered nurse clinical coordinator. Holly earned her master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University in December 2021.

Holly finds the greatest joy in teaching her three children about health, wellness, and helping others. In her spare time, Holly likes to craft, cook, garden, read, and explore our beautiful world.
