Erin Minhondo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She graduated from Brigham Young University in 2018 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked as a registered nurse for over five years in the Intensive Care Unit. Erin went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from BYU in 2023 and began working as a nurse practitioner at Lakeview Hospital, treating inpatients with a wide range of acute issues, including sepsis, respiratory failure, heart failure, stroke, kidney disease, myocardial infarction, and cardiac arrhythmias.

She is now accepting new patients of all ages. Erin believes in a collaborative approach that empowers individuals to take an active role in their health journeys to achieve sustainable wellness. Her special interests include women’s health, weight management, anxiety and depression, and hormone balance.

Outside of her clinical practice, Erin enjoys staying active through yoga, pilates, and cycling classes. She loves spending quality time with her husband, children, family, and friends.
