Dr. Allen Freestone is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Utah. Following graduation from medical school, he completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Dr. Freestone has been practicing in Bountiful since 2005 and has a passion for involving his patients in the healthcare process. He is skilled in identifying and educating patients about their healthcare needs, and finding effective treatments that will provide relief and long-term results.

Dr. Freestone practices all services Family Medicine has to offer with a special focus on Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Adult Care, Sports and Mission Physicals, and office surgical procedures including Vasectomy. He also performs cosmetic procedures including liposuction, mini tummy tuck and TUBA (transumbilical breast augmentation).

Dr. Freestone is a Utah native, having grown up in Bountiful. He has a passion for the outdoors and regularly spends time enjoying recreational activities with his family. Dr. Freestone enjoys attending football games, boating, and traveling.
